Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, en particulier, ne comprennent pas du tout que la bienveillance ou l\u2019empathie, valeurs montantes dans notre culture, s\u2019arr\u00eatent \u00e0 la porte des entreprises, alors que fleurissent les exemples de performances exceptionnelles des personnes en situation de handicap. Les jeux paralympiques en constituent une illustration flagrante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>D\u2019o\u00f9 la cr\u00e9ation du Manifeste pour l\u2019inclusion* des personnes handicap\u00e9es dans la vie \u00e9conomique ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est sur ce constat que <strong>le Manifeste pour l\u2019inclusion des personnes handicap\u00e9es dans la vie \u00e9conomique a vu le jour en 2019<\/strong>. A travers cette charte, plus de 130 dirigeants d\u2019entreprises, dont Isabelle Eynaud-Chevalier pour Prism\u2019emploi, s\u2019engagent personnellement \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre tout un ensemble de dispositions contribuant \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration des personnes handicap\u00e9es. Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse du d\u00e9veloppement de stages \u00e0 l\u2019attention des jeunes, pr\u00e9lude \u00e0 une int\u00e9gration future, de la mise en \u0153uvre concr\u00e8te de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, ou du d\u00e9veloppement des appels d\u2019offres \u00ab inclusifs \u00bb, favorisant les fournisseurs \u00ab handi-accueillants \u00bb, les entreprises du Manifeste s\u2019emploient \u00e0 multiplier les outils et les opportunit\u00e9s favorisant l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es. Ainsi, soucieux \u00e0 la fois de se doter d\u2019un instrument de pilotage de leur politique, mais aussi de communiquer sur leurs efforts et leurs actions, les entreprises du Manifeste ont co-construit avec L\u2019Agefiph et avec le soutien du Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat aux personnes handicap\u00e9es, un <strong>barom\u00e8tre emploi et handicap<\/strong>, outil de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, qui permettra sur la base du volontariat, de visualiser l\u2019engagement inclusif des employeurs. Ce barom\u00e8tre est op\u00e9rationnel depuis le 10 mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>En quoi l\u2019int\u00e9rim peut \u00eatre une solution pour les personnes en situation de handicap ?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail temporaire a toute sa place pour l\u2019insertion des personnes handicap\u00e9es. Les ETT ont en effet dans leurs g\u00e8nes le professionnalisme et la r\u00e9activit\u00e9 qui leur permettent de trouver rapidement les comp\u00e9tences dont ont besoin leurs clients. Leur connaissance de l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es, la pr\u00e9sence de consultants sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s, facilite d\u2019autant la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019une politique en faveur de cette population volontaire, notamment dans les entreprises qui n\u2019ont pas de mission handicap d\u00e9di\u00e9e. La r\u00e9cente disposition r\u00e8glementaire qui cr\u00e9e un cas sp\u00e9cifique de recours \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rim du seul fait d\u2019\u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de l\u2019obligation d\u2019emploi facilite l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi des personnes handicap\u00e9es via l\u2019int\u00e9rim. La flexibilit\u00e9 des dur\u00e9es des missions est un atout pour tenter l\u2019aventure, tant du point de vue de l\u2019entreprise accueillante que de la personne.
