Elle permet ainsi aux collaborateurs de s\u00e9curiser leurs parcours professionnels et \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, de p\u00e9renniser son activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un contexte marqu\u00e9 par des crises \u00e9conomiques, sanitaires ou g\u00e9opolitiques et des enjeux de transformation num\u00e9rique et \u00e9cologique consid\u00e9rables, la GPEC est une d\u00e9marche plus que jamais indispensable \u00e0 tous les secteurs. Elle l\u2019est encore plus dans la branche du travail temporaire qui doit faire preuve d\u2019une agilit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re pour pr\u00e9server ses activit\u00e9s et ses
